“Moving from Hong Kong to Canada in grade 11 and studying at Cariboo Hill Secondary has been an incredible journey for me. From the welcoming atmosphere and the cozy, family-like environment at school to the versatile course offerings and numerous volunteer opportunities outside of the regular school schedule, I have never felt left out of the school community. The best part of my experience to be an international student in Burnaby is the chance to meet people with diverse backgrounds and the four distinct seasons in this beautiful city. I am grateful for the friendships I’ve made and the memories I’ve created here. These experiences made me more well-rounded and equipped me for my future journey.”
